“We love The Beach Club, it is our favorite place to stay. The pool area is the very best in Mount Pleasant and Charleston. The staff are always so accommodating and nice. Watching cargo ships pass right in the Harbor never gets old. Thank you again for another fabulous stay!”

I recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation, there is a small buffet but you can also order anything extra such as omelet, pancakes, waffle, french toast...The location is convenient to everything and we always had easy available parking and felt safe. Although the pool is small, it was always clean, never too many people but kids would always find someone to play with & had fun,……

“We have stayed at the property numerous times, and it’s one of our favorites. The rooms are spacious & immaculately clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The location is fantastic for families. You can easily get to Mt. P, IOP, Sullivan’s, downtown. There’s a playground & splash pad within walking distance. The kids love the pool at the hotel. They also loved the daily manager’s reception every evening. They were able to get drinks & snacks while waiting for dinner. Flood in the restaurante is……

“We had a maintenance issue in our room. There wasn’t a solution that could work. Face it, not everything is always perfect, but that is why you have customer service. When there is an issue rational people wonder how they will make it right. Staff tried to address it. Management backed them up. And the situation was made right. ”

“Will never book through Expedia again. Booked non-refundable. They didn’t have any 2 bdrm available at time of booking. A few days before I checked but couldn’t upgrade without forfeiting the full room rate because booked non-refundable. It’s not like I was cancelling, I was upgrading. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia.”

“The desk staff were so pleasant and friendly! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had my entire 6 week trip! The kitchen was perfect. Nice large TV. The staff obviously prioritize cleaning but I think perhaps they could find cleaners with less odors... I always like to walk in and not smell anything ... vs cleaners odors... but I understand that they really care about keeping everything clean and they do a great job with that! The location was great! Right off the bridge to the city……
