“This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! House was clean and well equipped for our large group. We had a little confusion about the hot tub as there is an extra charge to have it heated, but that was quickly addressed, and……

“I had an excellent stay at The Iris. The suits are well appointed and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, towels are plush, kitchenette is well equipped and basics as oil spray, sugar, creamer and coffee are provided. The Dyson hair dryer is a plus. There’s plenty closet space, a TV in the sleeping area and another on the sitting area. For $25 a night they provide carrousel parking onsite which is very convenient. The area feels safe and very convenient to dining and shopping yet quiet……

“What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. Inside was spacious, plenty of extra linens, single cup Kuerig, fridge and freezer, pull out sofa, and convertible kitchen booth/bed. Bathrooms were great, large master with full size tub/shower. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door!
