“We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The mansion is beautiful with so much history and our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bath was wonderful especially with a fireplace right there. We ate at the restaurant which was incredible- had the two tasting menus which was so fun and highly recommended. Parking is a breeze. “We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I……

“The desk staff were so pleasant and friendly! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had my entire 6 week trip! The kitchen was perfect. Nice large TV. The staff obviously prioritize cleaning but I think perhaps they could find cleaners with less odors... I always like to walk in and not smell anything ... vs cleaners odors... but I understand that they really care about keeping everything clean and they do a great job with that! The location was great! Right off the bridge to the city……
