“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. “The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. “I thought this place was amazing! I love that King St is extremely walkable luxury shopping, many famous sights to see, great restaurants and places to have drinks! On top of all that (pun intended) the rooftop beer tasting is something to see and try! The pool area was warm but the water was freezing. The room was spacious, the shower was huge with great pressure and very hot water. We checked out the same day new renovations began. I would be excited to return and see how it changes. ”
