“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. “I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to the City Market. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and updated. Very nice and I would stay here again. I rated comfort 4 stars for one reason alone - I took 2 showers while I was there and neither time was I able to get the water to warm up to barely above freezing.
