“This was a great hotel however during the 2 nights we were there the only elevator they had kept having issues. It didn’t bother me but someone I was with could not do steps with luggage. Otherwise it was very clean, convenient to everything, comfortable beds, nice shower. We will definitely stay here again.”

“My room was quiet as promised. The amenities were average but adequate. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Lighting above average for hotel. Breakfast had variety but not always “on time” as posted. Much of the staff does not speak English. Room rates a little on the high side for type of room & hotel. ”

“What we love most about Residence Inn suites are the full kitchen. It's very convenient to prepare light meals, making the suite feel like home away from home. The complimentary breakfast provides enough options to make everyone happy. The Mount Pleasant location was great for a quick drive to downtown Charleston, and Isle of Palms Beach and so many other places to visit.”

“The room was clean and nothing was broken. It looks as if things a repaired quickly not necessarily seamlessly. I could see where things had been fixed or addressed but kind of stuck out. One issue was the ice machine was super loud thru the walls. The breakfast was basic and that was good. There were options away from eggs. The breakfast staff are very courteous and helpful. It's a quick on and off location. Parking wasn't an issue. All in all, I would highly recommend this location.”

“We loved everything about our stay here!! Very clean, even had a kitchenette in the room. The staff was always friendly and welcoming! They offer a great breakfast in the morning with great coffee!!The location was perfect because we did several things in Mt Pleasant and went downtown (approx 10min drive) several times too. Plus we had a beach day at Isle of Palms which was only 25min away. Definitely recommend this hotel!! 5 stars!!! ”
