“Stay was nice. Only issue was my room was not made up on the first day until 4pm. By that time, I was in the room and relaxing before dinner and did not want to be disturbed. The housekeeper did give me more towels and water, which was nice.”

“What we love most about Residence Inn suites are the full kitchen. It's very convenient to prepare light meals, making the suite feel like home away from home. The complimentary breakfast provides enough options to make everyone happy. “Beautiful, large room that comfortably fit a family of five with a balcony overlooking the market square. Great service. Loved all the complementary items (breakfast, wine, cheese & charcuterie, all day candy, tea, coffee & fruit, cookies, milk & port at night). “Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very accommodating amd friendly. The only negative thing I have to share is that the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that I have a complaint about the pillows. ”
