“Perfect location. We could walk to everything. To the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.”

“Communications about check-in and check out where timely and thorough, easy process. Condo was clean, well stocked, and spacious for our family of five. Great location to park once and walk easily to restaurants, shops, ice cream, coffee. While you are close to bars with live music, at 10 PM noise ordinance of the city means you are not up all night- and we were able to enjoy live music while sitting on our deck, looking at the ocean for free! Would recommend and stay again. ”

“This is a downstairs unit so there was a little bit of a noise issue with people walking around and a barking dog but it didn't cause any major problems. Close to the beach, a nice back yard with a barbeque. If you are a large/ tall person you may find the shower a little tight. The owner was easy to communicate with and checkout was easy. ”

“A nice little beach condo! Very clean and well stocked, which we appreciated. It is tight—we were 2 adults and 2 kids and I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. Some conflicting information about check-in/check out times and codes not working was a bit confusing, but overall a great stay! ”

“We stayed at this condo for five days on our trip to the Charleston area. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. John was very responsive and easy to deal with. The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. Location on the island was very convenient to the highways and was walking distance to restaurants and shops.”
