We had plenty of rooms and more than ample seating for dining and playing games/watching movies together. The screen porch and dock were spacious enough for all of us. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. This a very nice house and the location is great. The listing says 4 king beds, there are actually 4 queen beds.
