“My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! ”

“We were in town for a funeral and had a lot of family members come from all over and we were able to use this property as a home base which was a nice relief after a long hard 2 days.”

“The property was clean and comfortable for our one-month stay. The apartment's location worked out great for us. My wife's brother lives about a mile and a half from the apartment. We are both in our mid-70s and would have liked a continuous stair handrail to the upper-level rental. ”

“My son and I stayed at this location. As a single mom safety is my number 1 concern. Unfortunately I did not feel safe at this location. This unit is located on the very bottom of the stairwell and it’s by itself. There are 2 units you have to pass by to get to and from this unit. There was a domestic dispute from the people who lived above this unit that started at 6am and went on for over an hour. I wanted to get my son and leave but we had to go past the unit the altercation was happening at……

“The apartment was great; however, the neighborhood not so good, as exemplified on our last night. Beginning about 3AM, a neighbor across the parking lot did not know how to turn off & keep off their car alarm. Then an argument arose w/very loud, angry voices using f___ you & such between people on the ground & a person(s) on a balcony. The anger was so palpable & the voices so loud, I was waiting for shots to be fired. Sure enough, a shot was fired a couple of hours after the argument began. The……
