“This hotel was better than expected. The room was very clean and newly renovated. The breakfast was better than most hotels. Coffee, juice, cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing! ”

“The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the breakfast being served. The breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast. There was bread( white or wheat) to toast, blueberry muffins(mini), pastries that were cut into strips, yogurt, a pancake machine (they were not……

“The outside of this hotel might not look like much but the rooms inside are surprisingly nice- especially for the price!! The bed was very comfortable and everything looked updated/modernized! My only complaint is that there was some light stains on the bedding- but I’d attribute that to regular aging/wear&tear and not cleanliness. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice affordable stay in the New Haven area!”

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”
