“Booked week before stay for a family memorial in the area. Night before expected arrival I was put on evacuation alert - though I knew reservation was non-refundable - I called admin immediately & they were so kind! Sent me assurance that I would not be charged under the circumstances if I had to cancel. Luckily, I was able to come—with precious items packed in my car in case of my home needing evacuation while I was gone (it did not, thank goodness). They arranged (-for 35 fee) to arrive……

“Condo was great. Property management rental company not so great. They did not forward the details of our arrival to the security guard gate house and so when we arrived, there was no record of our coming. We had to make a U-turn go to the side of the road. Call the property management company and get them to call our details to the guard house which they did and we got in.”

“this room is in the perfect space! a few steps from the pool and the spa! the furnishings are a little tired, but having a fridge and microwave was super handy. i hope to get back here soon!”

“We were not able to have the accommodations that we signed up for, but the property manager helped us get lovely and very comfortable and clean alternative arrangements in the same community. We signed up for a two bedroom villa and ended up into individual rooms.”

“Very nice unit. Just a studio, so not a lot to it. Bathroom nice amd shower good. Bed is very hard and not too comfy.The family staying in the other part of the unit was very loud, but i have not had that issue before.”

“The bed was very very hard. Had to purchase mattress topper. There were what appeared to be dead roaches on the floor. The shower curtain rod fell in on me when in the shower. Only one roll of toilet paper-had to go purchase more. Only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. The upstairs neighbors were very loud even throughout the night. ”
