“Beautiful property, friendly staff at the front gate made us feel safe! Had an older couple in what I’m assuming are full-time residents come over and do a full inspection to make sure I wasn’t parked in a reserved spot (I wasn’t and made sure of that). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay for the festival! We do wish maybe another mirror and a bigger lamp in the main bedroom would be awesome. Thank you for the beautiful stay!”

“Fantastic stay at a super sweet property in La Quinta. The interior is much more updated than the original photos. Very comfortable bed and everything you would need. We were attending a wedding next-door at the La Quinta resort and it was the absolute ideal location for us. I would highly recommend this property.”

“Booked week before stay for a family memorial in the area. Night before expected arrival I was put on evacuation alert - though I knew reservation was non-refundable - I called admin immediately & they were so kind! Sent me assurance that I would not be charged under the circumstances if I had to cancel. Luckily, I was able to come—with precious items packed in my car in case of my home needing evacuation while I was gone (it did not, thank goodness). They arranged (-for 35 fee) to arrive……

“No surprises when we checked in. Since the unit is on the ground floor there is not much privacy with the doors to the patio open or the curtains not closed. I will recommend they update/upgrade the bed and bedding.”

“This unit needs a little TLC but it didn't bother us. The location is magnificent! We hiked, we went to the tennis tournament, we used the adorable pool. Groceries are close by as are some fun restaurants.My only suggestion is some sort of bureau for clothes. We stayed for a week in cold and hot weather. Not a lot of places to unpack our clothes.I would recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful property! Hit a couple of bumps with the A/C and internet, but property management company addressed them. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Super convenient location. If you drive an EV plenty of charging. Bed/linens were comfy. A little dark in the unit and one lamp wasn't working. But great place for a home base. You can definitely hear your neighbors thru the lock off. Also would recommend a full length mirror. Just the mirror in the bathroom. ”

“It was the perfect escape from fireworks as my dog gets very anxious. It was very relaxing to be there.”
