“Beautiful property on the river. Short drive to town and about 25 min drive to Blacksburg ”

“This is our second time to stay at this home for our annual family reunion. We are a large group and the home accommodated us beautifully. We especially enjoyed the covered porch - it had lots of seating and a pretty view of the property. The large yard was fun for corn hole competitions. Our family also enjoyed walking, jogging, and biking on the Huckleberry trail, conveniently accessed from the end of the driveway. The house feels secluded yet grocery stores are just a five or ten minute……

“This place was incredible, absolutely beautiful house in an even better setting. The location was perfect for us. House was super clean and comfortable. Awesome communication with the owners. The only downside was not having more time to spend here. I highly recommend this property. ”

Comfortable for everyone, great amenities for in house cooking, and to our surprise river tubing on site!!! Our grandson is a new corps cadet at VT …this was the perfect place to re-set for all of us.Plan to return in October.Kudos to the Moody family for getting this home and their camp site ready in quick order after Hurricane Helene.……

“Me and my girlfriend loved the feel of coziness and safeness of the place, yes given that it is small that doesn’t mean it is bad. It was perfect for our first ever stay at a location and it was close to home. We sincerely enjoyed the stay. ”

“The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again.”

“Dog friendly, fenced yard. Nature lovers paradise. Darling property a stone’s throw from downtown Blacksburg and VT. No a/c meant windows open and the neighborhood noise was significant. Made it a bit hard to sleep. No TV. Parrots/fish on property / parrots are also loud. Owner warned us and offered to take them but I wasn’t clear about the situation, so I didn’t ask them to take them. My fault. 3 bedroom with interesting decor. ”
