“Nice spot. A little loud with the highway and would have liked to have been able to use hottub but it didnt look clean. Otherwise great spot, super convenient for popping around the lake area.”

“Beautiful home and location, unfortunately many of the selling points were a miss. When we arrived the house was very dirty. Many dead bugs throughout the home, in bathtubs, floors, on the beds. Spider webs everywhere. Mouse feces on the fireplace mantle. Pictures that were hanging on the wall were broken and the pool table was in such poor condition. Both fireplaces did not work as well as the stove/oven. Luckily we had a grill but it was difficult to cook the food we had. A couple of the beds……

“Place was great . The kitchen was stocked with plenty of the necessary items. There were 18 of us and we needed nothing. Close to the slopes, hiking, restaurants, even and exercise facility. ”

“The rental was great for our Christmas family gathering and had everything we needed. However, I recommend notifying renters about the requirement for a four-wheel-drive vehicle in winter with bold lettering. I overlooked this detail, and since my parents do not drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle, it was quite scary for them. Additionally, the hot tub was dated, and half of the jets were not functioning. Overall, the house was nice and accommodated my large family. I would recommend it.”

“First and foremost, the house is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the location is perfect. And had the house cost half of what we paid, I would stop right there. But, at this price point, I need to go on. As far as cleanliness, there are cobwebs throughout the house and the outside decks appear to have not been swept in years. The decks are also in serious need of repair. They are all chipping badly, and there are loose boards sticking up causing a tripping hazard. We were notified the……

“This house was amazing -- perfect for our family of 8 adults. The outdoor covered porch with fireplace was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of little extras you may have forgotten to pack All the bedrooms were very spacious, and the attached bathrooms provided the perfect amount of privacy.”
