“A bit average for the rate per night. Lock to the upstairs viewing patio was broken and we could go outside to see the view. Safe didn’t open. The resort is running on skeleton staff and limited resources. everyone is always busy and the promises could not be met. Food wasn’t the best. ”

“The key reason of staying here is the safari drives and seeing the animals. And this did not disappoint!!! Our guide Vestment was absolutely incredible! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and got us up close and personal with so many animals. We had the best pictures and videos of all the animals we wanted (except for the elusive cheetah). The luxury tents were nice, but we were there during a very hot period so spent much mid-day time in the pool. The food was really good with nice options……

“Une tente spacieuse, au bord de l’eau, avec un petit bassin pour se baigner à côté de chaque tente. Une piscine au niveau sa réception est agréable le petit déjeuner (en supplément) est correcte.”

“An incredible experience. Everything from the food to the tents to the walks to the guides was AMAZING. I would recommend this to ANYONE who wants a unique, exciting and humbling experience in the bush. ”

“We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Nkuhlu. We received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Hazel and the team. The staff were always professional and ensured our safety sleeping in an unfenced camp- we were visited by hyenas, civets and bushbucks each evening and could hear lions and all the other bush sounds but never felt unsafe- a special thanks to Whisky and Aubrey! The tents are clean, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need and more and the linen and towels……

“Super herzlicher Empfang durch Annie. Obwohl kein vegetarisches Essen vorbestellt war, wurde ganz spontan ein sehr leckeres Gericht für meine Tochter und mich gezaubert. Service total nett. Unser Familienzelt war riesig und toll eingerichtet. Mit Outdoor Dusche! Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Wegweiser / Beschilderung an der Hauptstraße fehlen. Einzigstes Manko”

“My daughter and I had the absolute privilege of staying at Ezulwini in August 2024. I first want to acknowledge the amazing and knowledgeable staff who absolutely made our stay. Ange and Craig make quite the team! Glory was accommodating, caring, and personable. While in the Bush, Craig and Shads combined their seemingly unlimited knowledge to answer all our non-stop questions. Even when the animals were feeling shy, Craig was able to teach us about something else within the ecosystem, and……

“Wat hebben we genoten van safari’s onder begeleiding van Ras en Lars. Wat een toffe gasten met gevoel voor humor en kennis van de natuur. De accommodatie was ruim, schoon en met veel oog voor detail. De gerechten van Patience en de service van Mathilde maakten het tot een super fijn verblijf! De braai met de andere gasten was erg gezellig en goed verzorgd. ”

“Our entire stay here was fantastic! The staff is all very welcoming and you feel like you are family while staying here. There are 5 rooms, so it is quiet and quaint. We really enjoyed the 2 game drives per day with very skilled and knowledgeable guides and trackers. The meals were all fantastic. I did not realize we were getting 3 full meals per day plus snacks and drinks on our game drives. We also enjoyed having group meals with all the other guest and getting to know them. “The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10.”
