“網路免費，但永遠不能用跑動太差了，飯店離市中心很遠，但是有電車可以坐，櫃檯人員不夠專業沒有主動告知客人坐電車到市中心，而且這家飯店是我在波士尼亞住過房間最小的。飯店的周圍都沒有餐廳”
