“Since the hotel was in the mountains, it was very cold and the air conditioning was not working properly. We felt a little cold. We stayed for 2 days but the water was not renewed and they wanted an extra fee. There was not much attention. No one was interested in the spa center. There were no clean towels etc.”

“I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. Breakfast: expected alot more for 5 star. It was average. Dinner: excellent food. All dishes……

“Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.”

“I stayed there for two days at the end of my trip and I wish I had stayed longer! The hotel is located in a historical building and is part of a hotel group, sharing a beautiful park with other buildings. I was welcomed and assisted by knowledgeable and friendly ladies at the reception desk. “Did not get the room I reserved! Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ....”

“Honestly it was a nice place to stay, but they can really put some more effort keeping that place clean, to many spider webs and other bugs around and in the lobby, plus some dusting of wouldn't hurt too... ”
