“应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。”

“Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get……

“无法想象锁着的房间丢了一个不值钱的物品。当我反馈时，前台人员告诉我他们漠不关心。我没法评价。距离老城有大约5公里，最好打车去老城。在山顶如果你不是自驾有点麻烦。你需要爬山。服务态度一般，还好。房间卫生还行。”

“A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. “Ottima posizione nel centro della vecchia Sarajevo ad un passo dal mercato tristemente famoso per la strage avvenuta e vicino alla bascarsjia (posto imperdibile da visitare).Dalla struttura risulta facilissimo visitare a piedi quasi tutto quello che interessa e per le attrazioni o posti più lontani i mezzi pubblici sono relativamente comodi e raggiungibili. Per quanto riguarda la struttura pur non avendo contatti fisici ma solo telefonici con l' host ,se non con la gentilissima ed efficiente……
