“This cabin was awesome!! So clean, tidy and beautiful! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. We had dinner and drinks less than a mile away at the Valley View Hill winery and highly recommend, if you stay at this fantastic cabin. Our hosts communicated, in detail, exactly what we needed to have an excellent and uncomplicated stay. We would definitely stay again!”

“Loved this cabin and would love to come back! Clean and cozy! Hot tub and deck area so serene. Nice view. The only thing I advise (I would not call this a complaint), is about the steep incline up to the cabin! 4 wheel drive may be better if you have it! I have an All-wheel drive RAV4, but had trouble at times getting up the hill. But again not a COMPLAINT just posting more as an FYI for other visitors :) ”

“The house was fabulous! They have a great assortment of cooking gear and kitchen set ups! Would rebook in a heart beat! Two things: definitely need a new hot tub cover. I was in fear the thing would fall apart when we took it off! ( however, did not spoil our enjoyment of the tub! And it would be a huge help to have a wagon with high sides to remove the garbage.!”

“Our stay was marvelous. The cabin is beautiful. Can't say it was peaceful because it rained all day and night on the tin roof that was over our heads for 2 days. Not to mention the worn and dirty couch that was there in the living room. We laid towels on the couch Day #2 the stink bugs appeared everywhere and it rained all day. So at he end of the day i was with who i wanted to be with and that was perfect for me nothing else mattered.”

“The property manager was amazing and responded in a timely manner to our concerns. The hot tub was not warm and we were unable to adjust and get it functioning on our own. the front lock did not latch and a chair had to placed in front of the door to prevent anyone from entering. This was not noticed until late when heading to bed so the property manager was notified and responded first thing in the morning. The cabin was clean and tidy and overall exactly as it is listed. Cozy for a weekend……

“We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful.
