“We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and large. It was modern fancy and simplistic. We had gone for our anniversary and they made special arrangements for us. We could see the sea and moon every night. The service was fantastic. They helped us in everything. We even had dinner from the buffet in our room. “It was good overall although they didn't put all of us ( 11persons) near to each other in the rooms, the meals were ok . It was my first time since years to come to Egypt, it was not excellent, but it was ok, they offered a cake for our anniversary. Thanks to Maria in reception and to all team ”

“It is cheap but most of the chalets are not occupied and dirty with broken back garden furniture. The food was not edible. The door of the room was not easy to open or close, we had to call maintenance 2 times in 1 night stay. ”

“The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.”
