“Lovely hotel with great service. Really enjoyed the hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. Rooms are spacious and super comfy. Restaurant is fantastic and the location couldn’t be better. Can walk from the ferry so is super convenient. My only constructive comments would be: 1. Replace the ac units in the room as they are really loud and can’t hear the tv at a normal volume; and 2. Please remove use of plastics, for example, the room has plastic cups wrapped in plastic. “This location was absolutely amazing. A true hidden gem to stay in if you visit San Francisco. The area is truly so peaceful. Parking was safe and easy on the streets, we just had to move our car a couple of times per traffic rules. The staff was so kind, Stace was very helpful with suggesting places to visit, the breakfasts everyday were a fantastic way to start off our adventures. This place felt very much like a home. I cannot wait to return one day. ”
