“The Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was amazing. Although it isn’t really that far from restaurants and bars, it wasn’t real convenient or adjacent to them. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to most restaurants and bars.”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“The staff is so accommodating. The first day we arrived the front desk arranged for a taxi for the next morning.We had an early morning excursion. Second they arranged for a continental breakfast for us before the restaurant was opened so we could have a bite to eat. Then we phoned them and said we would be late returning after a lite fair is served. And they had a little snack available. They are very friendly and answered any questions we had. “地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”

“Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. ”
