“The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach! The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well. “很乾淨，很有復古風的一家民宿，雖然衛浴設備不在房間裡，但是，每個房間都有一個名字，是以檳城的街道命名，並對應同樣名稱，專有的衛浴，很特別，也很溫馨。特別是Check-out了以後，店家知道我們要去逛街，還讓我們把行李先寄放在櫃台，並上鎖，當天晚上很晚，約晚上十點多回去的時候，店家還打電話幫忙叫車，一點都不會不耐煩，真是這次旅遊經驗最好的一家飯店，唯一的小缺點是沒有廚房，所以也沒辦法附早餐. "I believe Citadines is a name that stands for quality. I previously stayed at one of their properties in Singapore and had a great experience, so choosing Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang this time was absolutely the right decision. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang! "
