“The stuff made my stay amazing! The shuttle driver who they called Bishop was friendly and quickly got me to the hotel. Terrence (dining) was super friendly and gave me much needed advice about navigating the city. The breakfast was amazing! Brielle (front desk) was so patient and accommodating as I needed early check in . It was not as early as I hoped for but she did everything she could to get me as soon as she could. Housekeeping (I think her name was Tina) was the real rockstar! She……

“The view from the room of the Arch was fantastic! And even the pool- you could see it through the windows. There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked most of the days. And out of those 2, only 1 went to breakfast. So keep that in mind if you stay - don’t wait to go to breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations which were good. And the rooms were nice and clean!”

I had the opportunity to see her interactions with various visitors while I was sitting in the lobby and her attention to make everyone feel special with a huge smile and professionalism.
