“The stay was great. The house is set up in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. I was amazed at how much room was available inside and out. Appreciated being able to use the garage which so many homes dont allow. Very comfortable beds! They went the extra mile to make sure it had a homey feel with the extras. The multi-port power outlets on the night stands in each room were awesome. We dont usually find those where we have stayed before.”

“Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.”

“Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”

“The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all.”

“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……
