“We really loved this place. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's a really nice space to hang out and relax. There are lots of thoughtful details like coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and other amenities that you don't always have in a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. “The highlight of this property is really the view. Mt Hood is just gorgeous, and the property also sits over a bend in the Sandy River with forest all around. You can even see what I think is Mt St Helens on a sunny day. The deck, hot tub, fire pit, and the small private deck are all just incredibly places to take on the view and the many birds. Even on a cloudy morning, this view is breathtaking. The property was clean, well furnished, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels. We rent……

“This is a very nice house with many nice upgrades. The backyard and front yards are nice and the bed was comfy. The hot tub was cloudy the entire week we were there, so we didn’t really use it which was sad. The welcoming snacks and drinks were a very nice touch and very much appreciated.”

Set on the side of a hill with 5 mile views, it was the perfect location to explore the Valley.Start with a chef-quality, large, kitchen with every piece of equipment you might need. A generous welcome basket was on the counter. Living areas were large and plentiful on both floors. Beds were oh-so-comfortable that we all slept well. Heating-cooling was all multi-zone and worked quickly. Bathrooms were top quality with good water flow in the showers. This is a top-notch……

“The location of this property was perfect for my parents and I when we visited Portland. It was a 5-minute drive to my sister’s from there. I think this property is great for 2 people. A third person with 1 bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the main living area make it a bit crowded, but it worked out ok. Everything was neat as a pin and clean. Nancy was a very attentive host and answered all our questions right away. I would definitely recommend this host and hope to stay again next time I’m in……
