“We had such a great experience staying here! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to Texas A&M, the church, and the wedding venue we were attending. What truly made the stay even better was the owner. She is so sweet, helpful, and excellent at communicating. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we’re in College Station!”

“This property is amazing. ”

“I stayed here with my husband and teen son over the weekend during an event at Texas A & M. The drive to A & M campus is about 10 minutes. Make sure you park on the side in the visitor parking lot spots. Luckily we were not towed, but were told by a resident that a parking pass is needed to park in front of the condo unit building otherwise you could be towed. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. I would stay here again.”

“The rental was as easy as we could have ever dreamed. The unit was newly remodeled so it was pristine. The location was private and quiet, very nice. The Game Day touch of three TV's made the wait for TAMU's night game fly by! We will stay here again. A coffee pot would have been the icing on the cake, but the "pod" maker was a hit. Bring your own coffee, and condiments!! Great place!! Rick & Deena”

“Went up there for a graduation and needed a biggish place to stay so we didn't have to get a bunch of hotel rooms. Great location and very nice home. We were at Reed Arena in less than 10 minutes! ”

“Great place! Nice and Clean! Will definitely stay there again! We couldn’t get the TV to work and the deadbolt was not in line, so we couldn’t get it locked. ”

“This cute little condo was just what we needed for our short stay in College Station. Easy walk from the parking lot, never too crowded, the complex was quiet and felt safe. The condo was cool and beautiful from the moment we stepped inside, has just about everything you could think of already provided, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need, ice machine, keurig stocked with coffee. It also has a washer and dryer, but we did not need it for our trip. We did not go to the……
