“I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and book again 😊”

“The location and amenities worked out great for us. College Station weather with rain tried to dampen the stay. The outdoor covered patio was large and worked out great for our get together.”

“This property is all about location. We went to an Aggie basketball game. Easy walk to Reed. House is older but remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. If you are doing anything on campus and need a close place, I’d highly recommend. ”
