“Sisters trip to visit bother in FL, very nice place. Spacious and comfy……pool was great to relax in the afternoon. Beds were super comfy , bathrooms good, kitchen well stocked. “This house is located 3-5 minutes from beaches in Venice and just a few minutes from historic downtown Venice. We enjoy beach combing for shark’s teeth and shells. Manasota Beach is great for that and only 15 min away. There is also a Publix supermarket within a few minutes walk. The house itself is well stocked with cooking gear and beach gear. It is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we visit the Venice area again”

“What a wonderful property! Our group spent the whole time in the pool/lanai. The view was amazing every morning. The kitchen/living room was perfect. Would have loved to have more time to experience the area, kayaks and bikes. We were very comfortable and happy with all! Highly recommend!”

“My husband wanted to go shark tooth hunting at Venice beach close to Sharky’s. I found this cute house very close by with a pool in the back yard. It was perfect. Super clean, wonderful amenities. Anything you could need. Plenty of beach towels. Little extras like coffee & paper plates. We couldn’t be more happy. The only problem was that we wanted to book again for next year but it was already booked. I can’t think of one wrong thing. ”

There was obviously a lot of attention to detail when it was remodeled and it had all the appropriate amenities, even a complimentary bottle of wine. Chris was very responsive to any inquiries. “We have stayed here several times now and we will continue to make the 15 hour drive to spend time here! Staff s amazing. Rooms and facility is clean. Its quiet and safe and rooms are great! Its nice to have a place to make our own food for the week vs eating out. We love renting bikes and riding down the bike trail to the beach! And just simply enjoying the patio! “Second time staying here. Little hiccup checking in. Just make sure to contact the day before. Love the place. It's really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is amazing. I like it better than beach front. More to watch on the bay. We saw dolphins every day. They have beach towels and chairs for those of us that fly. I left an umbrella for the next group.
