“Our family had a really lovely stay here. Just steps away from the beach, and a very short drive to restaurants and groceries. Checking in and out was extremely easy, and communication was excellent from management. Lots of convenient items to use/borrow like beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, and a long handled shell scoop. Nice quiet neighborhood, ice cold A/C, well appointed kitchen, and a screened in porch. Loved it and will be back!”

“The property was just as described. Everything was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed and then some. Was a quick walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand, the owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! Currently there is still so much devastation from the relentless back to back hurricanes. Please be respectful for those that lost so much. ”

“We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee. We did have to contact the……

“Our family loved this cottage! This is our 2nd trip to LGI, and it has proven to be the best break away from all the “busy”. The cottage is nestled in the middle of the island and the perfect distance from the dock and the beach both ways. We enjoyed the slower pace and naps in the screened in porch. Everything we needed was already provided and it made for an easy stay. It was a touch too windy to paddle in the bay or ocean, but that didn’t stop us from combing the beach for shark’s teeth and……
