“Excellent, newly renovated room, both spacious & comfortable.”

“Excellent location, and the room is comfortable. The bathtub is big but very dirty with lots of stains. Some small insects were found on the bath towel surface. I’ve met two staff. Both of them are women. One is very friendly and helpful, while another is quite rude when I ask her how to return room key if I need to check out very early. ”

“We have never travelled that far and it was so lovely to come to a very clean room and wonderful receptionist we would certainly come back if we were to visit the zoo again ”
