“Overall the stay was okay. The description of the room is a little misleading, said there was a kitchen when there was not. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. So be prepared to buy utensils and eat out. The towels provided were dirty and seemed like they had not been replaced recently. The email we received afterward stated a hot tub and grills. Not sure if we just missed them somewhere but we didn’t see any grills or hot tubs. This place is the perfect location, as everything is within……

“Had never been to Helen before and was a little worried about where we could stay that was dog friendly. This unit was great! Staff on site was great and always available. There was a nice park across the street for walking my dog. Great location for walking through town and close to more restaurants than I had the chance to try out. I will try to stay here again for my next visit to Helen.”

“The cabin and the property was beautiful. Nice neighborhood that was quiet. Communication with the property manager Peter was easy and he was very helpful. The parking spot is a bit tight with a full sized truck but it worked fine, there was another full sized truck parked next to us the 2nd day but we were both able to fit. Our experience was great and we looking forward to visiting again in the future. ”

“One the best stays I've had in Dahlonega. Short walk to cafés, restaurants and the square, makes not having a full kitchen no problem. Made full use of the hot pot, coffee maker and mini fridge. My unit was incredibly clean and very well appointed. The bedding was like that you'd find in a 5 star hotel. ”

“We had a great stay at this property in Demorest, GA. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with easy parking just a few feet from the front door. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in peaceful downtown Demorest was perfect for exploring the scenic North Georgia mountains. We did have a small issue with the water heater at first, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—hot showers for the rest of the trip! Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.”

“This was a building the owner apparent divided into 4 rentals. The unit was very tidy and spacious enough for 2. The shower was nice. The kitchen was fine. The decorating was fairly modern. HVAC worked well. Shower above average. Washer/dryer perfect and newer. The area has a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is an Olive Garden walkable (1 minute). The exterior is a bit run down. Only downside was adjacent unit noise. The joist system transmitted sound. ”
