“We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. “Very clean, comfortable stay. I love the neighborhood of where this stay is located. It was my favorites of the 6 places we stayed in Switzerland. “Easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! A gorgeous example of adaptive reuse, with original 16th century convent ceilings and floors and beautiful award-winning decor throughout. The hotel is in a quaint hilltop village with private access to a castle and a winery a short hike away. The onsite restaurant is superb, with excellent food and staff.
