“1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。 2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。 3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。 ”

“What a lovely stay in Castagnola, near Lugano. We were there as a family -- 2 adults + 2 kids and we had a family suite. It was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful! We only had one night in the area and were happy to find a quite place off the beaten path. Nice restaurant/bar and breakfast in the morning was included, which was fantastic. Access to the Olive Trail leading from Castagnola to Gandria was directly across the street -- it was gorgeous! “We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! “Had a barking dog in the roim below us. Not good. Staff was helpful in getting owners to mostly stop it. Wont stay where dogs are allowed again.”
