Manuella was a great host explaining the best places to visit on Salina. The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. “Charming hotel on an island hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The morning buffet breakfast was all homemade with a combination of delicious eggs, smoked meats, grilled vegetables, pastries and cakes.
The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Ben spoke four languages and made all the arrangements we needed for excursions and scooter rentals. He literally puts his whole heart into his job.
