“Great location. Great historic hotel. Rooms have very high ceilings and look great. Recently renovated. My only concern: Housekeeping left their cart outside my door and used it as staging area. Noisy. I asked them to move it, and it was moved for about 12 hours, and then returned. I've never seen a hotel (must less a 5 star) leave the housekeeping cart and dirty linen bins in the hallways 24 hours a day. Also, I was on the 2nd floor. Dining is on the same floor. “Historic building brought to into the modern era in a tasteful and sympathetic way. The addition of a small bar within the hotel (perhaps added to the roof terrace) would add value to guests not wanting to venture far on an evening following a day of exploring. ”

“The hotel is on the third floor in a building. The room has high ceiling and is big enough. The breakfast room envirinment is nice and the staff are nice. But the room facing the road is noisier at midnight.”

“Diese Unterkunft ist mitten in Genua auf einem ruhigen Platz gelegen. Dieser bietet auch ein Restaurant, ein Café und eine Bar, sowie das benachbarte Hotel, in dem die Rezeption des Nuvole gelegen ist. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Empore, auf der das Bett war. Unten dann ein Wohnzimmer. Die Treppe ist steil und schmal. Würde ich mit kleinen Kindern oder Gehbehinderung nicht empfehlen. Kenne aber nur unser Zimmer. Für uns war die Raumaufteilung perfekt Von hier aus erreicht man alles im Centro……

“Very clean very safe and in the house of a beautiful old town”

“Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made”
