“Super friendly, helpful staff from valet, front desk, maids, room service and bar/cafe staff. We parked with valet but ended up walking so we only used the service when we arrived and departed. Our room was very clean but the furniture is due for replacement or refurbishing. Staff dining recommendations were excellent.”

“The staff at The The Stehen F Austin were very attentative and friendly. The rooms and hotel itself was clean. The only issue we had were the hallways to the rooms and elevators were warm with no air conditioning. If you enjoy staying in a historical hotel with classic architecture and nice, comfortable rooms with a great location in Downtown Austin. The Stephen F Austin Hotel is a bargain price. ”

“With all the extra charges at check in and check out, (without room-service) one might be better off to book the room directly with the hotel instead of an off-site platform, no savings, but worth it.
