“I loved my stay at this townhouse. It was VERY clean and decorated so cute. Towels supplied. The queen bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that could be imagined. Walk right to the beautiful beach. So convenient! The beach isn’t crowded at all and that makes it even more relaxing. The townhouse even has a garage and easy parking. I am so glad I stayed here for my 60th birthday. It made it so special, I hope to come back again soon. I loved it! ”

“ Everything was excellent”

“We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. ”

“Very relaxing stay in beautiful Santa Barbara. Condo was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped in both kitchen and linens, very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“This was an awesome property. We totally enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the tv remote but it was resolved almost immediately. Any questions i had were answered in 10 minutes or less via email. The area of carpinteria is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet even on the weekend. The beach is 5star a-mazing. “We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again. ”

“Fantastic stay! Was pleasantly surprised that as a pet friendly rental you couldn’t tell because the place was very clean & well taken care of…immaculate if you will. Lots of room for 4 adults & a toddler. Top deck which we had was a lovely addition to be able to enjoy throughout the day. Location was great! You could see from the living room/dining area the channel. Made watching for boats fun & you could see & hear some seals/sea lions too! We could easily take a short leisurely walk to get to……
