“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. ”

“Tranquility at its best ”

“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“Lovely well appointed studio. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). The balcony is quite lovely to sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.”

“We had a great time at this property. Very clear and modern great jacuzzi easy to use. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery. We had a couple issues figuring out all the tech on the house and the repair guy came quickly Nd showed us. ”

“This house had everything we needed! Kids were so excited about all the fun toys included. I was excited it had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Easiest checkin and checkout! Very close to beach!”

“We stayed a long weekend at Mandalay Beach House. The location was excellent, it truly sits on the sand of the beach. There was plenty of room for our large party to stay and enjoy ourselves.The house itself is a bit older, but it is clean and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property owner/manager was quick to respond and was very helpful. ”
