“It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions”

“Good costumer service ”

“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

“Room is small. When I had question how to call other rooms, there's no one can answer me. It's very strange that no one in receiption during the midnight.”

“Everything are alright. Yet, the ones whose just arrive at Basel may not able to find the way to the hotel easily. Also, the reception didn't operate all day. Overall, This hotel remains excellent and worth a mention when talking hotels in Basel.”
