“Everything includes the location is perfect just the air condition is out of order”

“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. No mini bar or cold water provided in the rooms either, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room, which was surprising. The hotel bar drinks were on the expensive side,……

“We had a very nice 1 bedroom house with a patio that overlooked a lily pond. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the electric fireplace and breakfast goodies left for us. It was lovely walking around the property. We had a little trouble checking in as we were traveling from the USA but we got it figured out.”

“The property exhibits and "old world" charm which makes it a unique and interesting stay. Excellent value for money,and we were made to feel very welcome. Nice breakfast for an extra charge.”

“I had a room with all the facilities I needed, plus coffee available all day in dining room. It was a very good price for my needs.”

“Bed linen was observed to be dirty when taken out of closet. No quilt cover on the bed. The complimentary shampoo/ conditioner and body wash we’re used and half empty. We’re unable to open any of the windows as painted shut and as it got very smoky from the fire. Ants in the kitchen cupboard Wasps got in to the cottage and had no fly spray or windows to open. ”

“A very good hotel. The reception service is very warm and thoughtful. The whole hotel is quiet and clean. The hygiene is very good. There are shopping and restaurants nearby. I Will come again.”

“The room wasnt ready when we arrived, so we got a super late check-out til 12pm at no charge and a free complimentary drink for each of us staying over ”
