“For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am……
“Housekeeping missed a couple things. Tissue hanging off the back of the peephole behind entry door, a balloon with no air behind the dresser under the TV. No hand soap, long hairs in the sink, carpet was a little damp near the ac.”
“This hotel is very close to the Disneyland in California, you can arrive the park around 10 mins by driving. The colleagues there are very polite and they provide basic breakfast everyday which is more than enough. Also, the kitchen is very nice too. I will definitely come back next time if I travel to LA again. ”
