“I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended.”

“Easy parking garage, clean room, doors shut for coffee so not accessible. Desk clerk said it would open at checkout time 11 am. Then he actually came knocking on our door at 10:30, as I was stepping into the shower. He was there to remind us about checkout only minutes after we spoke to hi. In the lobby. Not necessary. ”

“Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.”

“In town unexpectedly. Staff and Expedia helped us to extend our stay twice. It was nice not to have to move rooms each time. Hotel staff was great and they have a great breakfast even on the week days.”

“My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.”
