“The property has several pools and is fairly walkable at an incline or slope depending on where your room is located on the property. The landscaping isa well maintained and beautiful. ”

“Staff keep coming to room and ring bell like every 30 minutes. No respect for guests privacy. They ask questions like you want tea? You want to go watch sunrise? This after waking me up at 5 30. Morning there was no water in pipe. No good dining nearby. I will not recommend ”

“We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches and the Vivekananda memorial. It would be a better option if you are traveling by car or bike, as……

“Budget wise comfortable stay. Located in Main Place. ”

“Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! ”

“The reservation booked through Hotels.com was not found at the property. I just asked them to give me a room for a separate payment to avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. The hotel looks good but service was terrible. No hot water, none/limited options for dining or breakfast. No other restaurants close by. TV didn’t work/only Tamil channels.”
