“Lobby staff, security, and room service staff were cordial and took prompt care of our needs. The amenities in our room and the cleanliness of the restroom was at par with our expectations. Thing that could be improved: 1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations. 2. “I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places. ”
