“Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads……

“The property is well kept and lush. The evening boat ride followed by the tea overlooking the sundet sea side was beautiful. However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. Their restaurant "bait" needs major renovation and wasn't inviting due to old and broken furniture. There are not enough dining options in the area so youre forced to eat at……

“It is a place full of character. Delightful staff (limited English with some did not take away from their kindness and personal care). The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music. My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane. “This is a well kept small hotel set back into the jungle, about five minutes away from Trivandrum, with the sounds of native birds filling the air in the morning and evening. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful tropical views, and the staff very accommodating.”

“This hotel has gone from bad to worse over the years. Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. Even this was a saga, does not take credit cards. On a positive note, breakfast was good . For your health and sanity avoid this hotel…”
