“The staff were decent and I liked the chalet like rooms for number of people we had in the group. Each chalet had a king bed and a twin bed. That part was great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest nor the towels. The hot water took an hour to come through the shower and one of the rooms wouldn’t drain water (they did accommodate to shower in another room). They have breakfast included it’s a meh. Unconventionally their check in time is at 11AM and checkout is at 11 AM. I asked if I can get a late……

“The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location”

“Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer. “ 1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot. 2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location. 3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit. 4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good. Must stay.”

“Fair bit of mosquitos comign fom adjacent poperties and stagnant pools inside property. No popery management cannot fight it alone and it is a poblem. Recommend use fly o mosquito repellents. ”
