“The staff was so lovely. Very attentive. The shower was amazing. Such great water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen to warm things up, and keep things cool/cold in the fridge and a combo washer dryer came in handy, as the very warm humid weather had us sweating through all our clothes (our trip was in early September).”

“Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. ”
