“Det var et fantastisk ophold i smukke omgivelser. Morgenmaden var lækker, og maden i restauranten var fremragende. Serviceniveauet var højt. Vi bookede aktiviteter gennem hotellet, herunder en elefanttur og to dagsture med privat chauffør. Priserne var gode, ligesom hvis vi havde bestilt det i byen. Vi rejste med vores 1-årige søn, som blev mødt med stor venlighed af hele personalet. Vi var der i nogle dage, men kunne nemt have opholdt os en uge. Virkelig et dejligt sted.”

“The staff at the reception is extremely friendly and helps you with everything. The staff at the restaurant should be friendly. Most time they have a grumpy face and are not that friendly. The room was perfect. Highly recommended! Very, very clean, in great condition and newly renovated. In the room above us was a family with little baby which cried a lot and that was not so funny for us as a couple. Also in the neighbourhood families with little children or loud youngsters. “I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. “One word, excellent! Service, comfort were perfect! We were in a pool villa bordering the beach. The only thing is that all cocktails are too expensive. Better going outside for cheaper cocktails. ”

“Jacuzzi Suite, paid around 4, 000 baht/night, which the hotel didn't deliver. # we tried to call the reception for few times within two days but no one pick up the phone. # we found there were many mini insects ON THE BED, I killed a lot. # housekeeping was not good.
