“My family and i spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. Thanks for the lovely hospitality to the executive lounge attendants Nia, Maisie and Lucy. The location of this hotel is superb. One thing i enjoy less is that even though i booked for three persons, the lounge access was restricted to two persons only. I hope the hotel would review this policy soon.
