“The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due.”

“Overall we had a good time. The property needs a remodel and the pool needs to be fixed and reopened. We would stay there again if the pool is reopened. ”

“I really enjoyed staying at the San Augustin apartment. It was more spacious than I anticipated. It was very clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Check in was seamless, and all of the staff was a very welcoming and hospitable. however I was told check in is typically at four and I did not receive any correspondence to come check in until five. Also on the night before, I was checking out I received a check up about anything I needed right after receiving the check up, I received to notice……

“The property itself was beautiful and in such a great location! We were walking distance from everything. The agency was very responsive to all of our needs. Only downside is we did not have any hot water during our entire stay. We were told to let the water run for 15-20 mins but even then the water was still cold. Also the door to enter the unit needed to be pulled and jiggled in order for it to unlock so we struggled getting in. Otherwise the property was great and if this problems were fixed……

The area is super safe and able to uber everything is super close the amenities in the room are beyond 👌 what we expected we actually felt like home it has everything you might need and more clean like nothing i have seen before in hotels recomend if ur in san juan for sure omg the bed was the best part is sooooo comfy 😀 😊 thank you to all the staff ! ”

“We had a very nice stay. It is in a GREAT location for Virgin cruises. We were able to walk our bags to the port. Lots of food, shopping and culture right outside the front door. Some challenges with WiFi being off and on and very slow. We had no windows and there is no TV. Very clean and a great location before cruising. ”
